Managed by my great-grandmother Teodolinda, in the old hotel where the restaurant business also began, we decided to renovate the hotel at the beginning of 1990, which now has 3 single rooms, 11 double or matrimonial rooms, and 4 junior suites. You can taste typical dishes of the high Macerata cuisine, including sausages like ciauscolo, coppa, and salsiccia matta, Sibillini pecorino cheese, handmade tagliatelle with fresh truffle, grilled lamb, sautéed field vegetables, English trifle (the cream), and organic jam tarts. A valid option for pilgrims who choose to split the stage from Camerino to San Lorenzo al Lago.

The Hotel Restaurant del Sole is a welcoming mid-stage structure between Camerino and San Lorenzo al Lago, located in the greenery, with a view of Lake Polverina, just minutes from the Monti Sibillini National Park. You can enjoy typical dishes, rest in cozy rooms in a family and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is an excellent starting point for pleasant excursions in the park and in places of significant historical and artistic interest: nearby, you can also practice various types of sports. Fonte Rosa is an excellent option for pilgrims who prefer to split the stage from Camerino to San Lorenzo al Lago, stopping at an intermediate location. A farmhouse from the early 20th century and the adjoining barn are now places of simple and discreet hospitality, to be discovered all year round amidst the embrace of nature and the pampering of many services for guests. The two buildings of Fonte Rosa have undergone careful conservation restoration, which has enhanced the original structures, leaving the materials and shapes intact.
