The Hotel Caroline structure consists of three floors. On the ground floor you will find the bar and the
restaurant. On the first floor, the banquet hall accommodating up to 300 guests. On the second and third floors, the bedrooms with private facilities. The pride of Hotel Caroline is the traditional local home cooking, carefully prepared to satisfy even the most discerning palates. Particular attention is given to typical Marche dishes such as stuffed olives and mixed fried Ascoli-style, scottadito lamb, and many other delicious dishes. We will be delighted to offer you a pleasant stay characterized by warm hospitality, thanks to the family management that has guaranteed professionalism and courtesy for over 40 years.

Our structure is located in the heart of the historic center behind Piazza del Popolo, with an excellent view and an optimal position to visit the best attractions of the center of Offida on foot. The apartment has a bedroom with TV, bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and fridge.

Located in the heart of the historic center, B&B Snake 13 offers a tastefully furnished double room. It features a TV, private bathroom, and a small kitchenette.

Dimora nel Borgo is an intimate and refined Bed & Breakfast located in an ancient building in the historic center of the city of Offida. The structure consists of three rooms with private bathrooms and breakfast service. We personally took care of the reconstruction of the rooms and the breakfast room, choosing the furnishings with particular attention to detail, combining modern furniture with the antiquity of the structure dating back to the early 1900s. Hospitality and availability are essential parts of Dimora nel Borgo. Breakfast with typical products, television in the room, internet access throughout the residence. Pets are not accepted.

The residence has been recently completely restored, without altering the original structure. The structure has 6 rooms. The rooms, in a quiet and welcoming environment, are equipped with a large private bathroom with shower, LED TV, and independent heating/cooling system. The spacious rooms are all carefully finished, modernly furnished for the comfort of its guests, and each has a finely finished and functional internal bathroom. We do not accept pets. The structure offers free internet access service available to guests.

La Casa Rosa is nestled among the hills of Offida. The property is designed for those seeking tranquility and who love to be pampered by nature. Surrounded by the peace that characterizes the countryside and immersed in an oak forest, the farmhouse enjoys a beautiful panorama of the Piceno hills and, above all, enviable silence. La Casa Rosa offers bed and breakfast service and consists of 6 rooms, one of which, on the ground floor, is fully equipped for people with mobility difficulties. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, minibar, air conditioning, and WiFi internet connection. Breakfast is served on the ground floor where there is a kitchen and a large common room.

Our kitchen is daily supplied with genuine and fresh raw materials from its own farm, in particular, sheep meat, white meats, cured meats, and seasonal vegetables. The Rosa dei Venti guesthouse restaurant has some comfortable rooms equipped with private services, telephone, TV, mini bar. Daily linen change, private guarded car parking. Guests staying in the rooms have full access to the facility’s swimming pool.

Casale Fonte delle Pietre is located in the Offida countryside on the ancient “fonte delle pietre” (stone fountain) built in 1800, which gave its name to the house and the entire surrounding area. Today, with passion and care, the Di Ruscio family opens the doors of the Casale to tourists and travelers who wish to discover the flavors and history of Offida and immerse themselves in the magical places of Piceno. The Casale is located 1.9 km from the Capuchin Friars’ convent and 2.9 km from the historic center of Offida, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, and is situated on the sunny Marche hills sloping toward the sea, between the Sibillini Mountains and the Riviera delle Palme. Property with two mountain-view rooms, a living space of 85 square meters, and a large garden of 1,500 square meters. Holiday home for exclusive use.
Technical details: 4 total rooms furnished on the first floor with: 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans (for a total of 7 beds), living room, bathroom (toilet-shower-bidet-sink-washing machine), electric kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer, ceramic pellet stove, gas kitchenette on the ground floor. Fenced garden: approximately 1,500 square meters in a sunny position, but with a shaded pergola and centuries-old pine tree.
