The “La Pineta” campsite was established in 1989 as a project to convert and enhance a plot of land that was partly cultivated and partly wooded, which traditionally attracted people eager for picnics and camping. After restoring the Pinus nigra (black pine) forest and installing the necessary buildings and facilities, the campsite has been more active than ever since the early 1990s. Managed by grandparents Domenico and Maria until the mid-2000s and later by the beloved Aunt Rosanna, today the campsite is run by grandchildren Giovanni and Cristina. The campsite was founded and continues to operate with a focus on eco-sustainable tourism, low cost, and freedom. In this large area, about 15,000 square meters of forest and as much pasture land, one can enjoy an immense and suggestive panorama that stretches from Monte Catria to the Sibillini Mountains Chain, to Lake Castreccioni, Vallesina, and the Adriatic coast. The entire context has always allowed for a fresh air of freedom, peace, and relaxation.

Located on Lake Cingoli, our property features a seasonal outdoor pool, a barbecue, free private parking, a garden, and a shared lounge. Offering family rooms and free WiFi, the property also provides a terrace, a hot tub, a solarium, a fitness corner, and a bike garage. Each room includes a private bathroom, while some rooms are equipped with a kitchen and a refrigerator. This guest house serves a buffet breakfast. The area is popular for cycling, and bike rentals are available at Colle Sul Lago.

Our establishment features two facilities: “I Sentieri sul Lago” with two panoramic apartments, ideal for those seeking independence and tranquility after a day of walking, with the possibility of using the equipped kitchen and barbecue area for pleasant outdoor dinners; “La Bottega dei Sapori” with four rooms, all with private bathrooms and Wi-Fi available upon request. A common area dedicated to conviviality is also available, designed for moments of relaxation and sharing.

Immersed in the splendid nature of Lake Castreccioni in the Province of Macerata, the “Lo Smeraldo Restaurant Bed & Breakfast” is the perfect solution for finding total peace and relaxation, as well as the finest cuisine. Featuring a welcoming and comfortable structure, it offers guests beautiful double rooms, elegantly and tastefully furnished. The property is comfortable in every aspect and offers typical home-cooked Marche cuisine, which varies according to seasonal products.

Located right by Lake Castreccioni, between the medieval village of Cingoli and the Monte San Vicino nature reserve, “La Corte sul Lago” farmhouse was established in 1993 following the renovation of an old barn. It offers guests evocative views of the Marche countryside, with its rolling hills that gently cradle the landscape from the Apennines down to the Adriatic Sea.
The rooms, furnished in the traditional style of the Marche region, are all equipped with a TV, hairdryer, and private bathroom. Bed linen, towels, and a complimentary toiletry kit are also provided.
Inside, there is a cozy dining room where breakfast is served and where, upon reservation, guests can enjoy typical local dishes from our region.
