The B&B “Casa Silvestri” is located in the historic center of the city of Cingoli, the Balcony of the Marche, situated at 631 meters above sea level. The house, built in the first half of the 1500s by Eurialo Silvestri, Chamber Master of Pope Paul III (Alessandro Farnese), has been recently renovated and offers three double rooms with private bathrooms, a lounge to read a local newspaper or simply to sit by the lit fireplace. You can enjoy a “green lung” in the full historic center by accessing the garden from a large terrace.

The establishment consists of two structures: the stone Farmhouse, with dining room and the family’s residence, and the country house, comprising guest accommodations and a large common room for
conviviality. It offers 80 seats at table and 18 rooms including matrimonial rooms for single use, doubles, triples, and quadruples. All rooms are equipped with bathrooms, and two of them are designed with facilities for guests with disabilities. Between the two structures is the swimming pool and a large park, areas that allow guests to regenerate and experience nature. At our agriturismo, we organize various events every month, all related to healthy living and the world of herbs and our rural culture. The establishment produces, distills, and processes medicinal plants, creating a natural cosmetics line, and pilgrims may visit the Medicinal Garden and the Sacred Aromatherapy Path.

The B&B “Il Fienile” offers two double rooms and one single room, for a total of five beds. All units feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom equipped with bathrobes, a hairdryer, and a bidet. In the morning, a buffet breakfast awaits you. Additionally, there is a garden, a shared lounge, a garden view, a terrace, and Wi-Fi connection. Pets are allowed.

Located in the center of the village, in a quiet position, in the alleys, overlooking a private courtyard where, weather permitting, breakfast with homemade products is served. Recently renovated, it has retained the ceilings with oak beams and an original truss; it was once the stable for horses of the adjacent ancient palace, one of the last owners of which was Maestro Enzo Bonagura, author of numerous Neapolitan songs, including the famous “Maruzzella” and “Cesarella”. The B&B owes its name to the ancient name used for the current “Via delle Filande”. It consists of a kitchen/living room, private bathroom, bedroom, and private entrance.

Our B&B is located about 3 km from the center of Cingoli, nestled in a very quiet valley, within the organic farm “Nonno Vi”. The structure is our home where we have reserved two matrimonial rooms for our guests, both with private bathrooms. The B&B enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding valley and from one of our rooms, you can see our apiary located just beyond our garden. In the rooms, you will find towel kits, soaps, and a hairdryer. In the morning, a buffet breakfast awaits you.

The Guesthouse “Allo Spineto” is a recently renovated structure in the heart of the historic center, just steps from the main square. The apartment has 3 double/matrimonial rooms (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and 3 spacious bathrooms, one inside the room and the other two external. The premises also offer a kitchen complete with all appliances, a laundry area, and a panoramic terrace overlooking the rooftops of the village to the surrounding hills, from which you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of this truly charming area.

The “B&B Podere le Serre” is set within an area of approximately six hectares, consisting mainly of Mediterranean scrub and woodlands. The house offers 6 beds distributed across 3 double bedrooms, with private bathrooms and the possibility of adding a third bed and a cot. In a pristine environment surrounded by greenery, among oak, olive, and holm oak woods, with a panoramic view of Lake Cingoli, Podere le Serre offers days of relaxation and tranquility in a renovated and finely furnished farmhouse.
The lower floor consists of an open space featuring a kitchen, two fireplaces, a multipurpose room, and a banquet hall with a well-equipped wine cellar; both floors have bathrooms including a bathtub or shower.
Various activities take place at the Podere throughout the year, most notably truffle hunting: the estate includes a truffle ground that produces a good quantity of Norcia Black Truffle every year. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in the search for this precious tuber, which takes place at different times of the year. For some time now, fruit trees such as fig, peach, apricot, cherry, almond, apple, pear, olive, and vines have been planted, offering genuine fruit with a magical flavor thanks to entirely natural cultivation methods. During the summer season, these fruits, along with our other vegetables, will be part of the morning breakfast, together with local specialties and our own homemade products.
